Security signals, not just uptime

The same agent collects the Windows Security log, process ancestry, live network connections, and antivirus state, then runs them through a rules engine that knows what a suspicious chain looks like.

The difference between a remote tool people use and one they avoid is measured in tens of milliseconds. This one is built around that number.

Low latency by construction
Screen capture goes through hardware H.264 encoding and rides a WebRTC data channel that bypasses the jitter buffer entirely, with paced frame delivery and a browser-side WebCodecs decoder.
Works at the lock screen
Desktop Duplication handles the normal case and a GDI path takes over for the secure desktop, so you can reach a machine sitting at the Windows sign-in screen — not only after somebody logs in.
Unattended by default
Sessions can start with nobody at the keyboard, including on machines where no user is signed in at all. Nothing depends on an end user being present to click accept.
The whole desk, not just the screen
Multi-monitor switching, two-way clipboard, drag-and-drop file transfer, and remote audio — the things that turn a viewer into somewhere you can actually finish the job.

A browser viewer that needs no install for quick jobs, and a native Windows viewer that captures the keys browsers reserve — Alt+Tab, the Windows key, PrintScreen.
Nothing to open on the firewall
Connections negotiate peer-to-peer where they can and fall back to a global relay where they cannot. No VPN, no port forwarding, no inbound rules.

Nothing listens for inbound connections on the device. The agent dials out, which is why there is no firewall work to do.
